SSG Opens for the High Kings

At a sold out show at the Irish American Heritage Center, SSG had the privilege of opening for the amazing High Kings on September 22! After playing a 30-minute set of classic ballads and an original, we joined the crowd to enjoy the best Irish boy band around. The evening was incredible!

The High Kings have been one of our strongest influences from the beginning. Their renditions of “Leaving of Liverpool,” “McAlpine’s Fusiliers,” and “Irish Rover” became stuck in our minds so strongly that we knew we wanted our music to be just as fun and memorable, without losing any Irish spirit.

We are proud to call the High Kings our friends and colleagues of the great Irish genre, and hope to play with them again!
